What is a Watershed?
A watershed is defined as an area drained by a river and its tributaries.

CLOCA Watersheds

The Authority's jurisdiction consists of 627 square kilometres and is defined as the areas drained by the above fifteen watersheds.

Municipalities located within the jurisdiction, all or in part, include: Cities of Oshawa and Pickering, Towns of Ajax and Whitby, Municipality of Clarington, Townships of Scugog and Uxbridge.
