Registration Information

To register please complete the online registration form. All registrations will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.
Deadline for registration is June 12, 2012. If you have not received faxed/email confirmation of your registration by June 19, 2012 please contact us.
There is no restriction on the number of students from each school. One registration form per school is sufficient.
When you've registered your anticipated student count, you will receive an Invoice/Confirmation form in late August. Please complete and return this form with your payment by September 18, 2012 to ensure busing accommodations. As with most events of this nature waiting lists are not uncommon. To ensure your opportunity to attend, confirmation & payment MUST be received by the above date. If payment is not received the space will be open to the waiting list. Payment will also be accepted at the September 2oth Teacher's Resource & Information Session.
Please note: There will be no refunds for any absent students on your festival day.
