Black/Harmony/Farewell Creek Watershed Draft
Existing Conditions Report

Watershed MapGo to Report Chapters

In 2008 the Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority (CLOCA) launched the development of a watershed management plan for the Black/Harmony/Farewell Creek. The draft Existing Conditions Report .

It is an 18-chapter compilation of the available watershed-related information. At this time, it is very important that agencies, stakeholders and the public have an opportunity to review this report and provide their comments.  Those comments received will be considered and the draft Existing Conditions Report finalized.  When finalized, the report will be used in Phase 2 planning activities to develop specific strategies to maintain, improve, and restore the watershed's integrity. Once confirmed, these strategies will ultimately help incorporate relevant ecosystem considerations into land use planning, decision-making, and stewardship initiatives.
