The Authority is currently working with Ministry of Natural Resources and Ministry of Environment on the Low Water Response Program. The basis of this program is monitoring rainfall and stream flow within the creeks of our watershed. The Authority has initiated a stream baseflow assessment program. The main objective is to obtain base flow information to assist in the development of a long term baseflow monitoring network. Using a pre-determined distribution of measurement sites.
