With the approach of spring a person may be sure of two things: birds will be singing and pancakes will be flipping at the Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority's Annual Maple Syrup Festival, Purple Woods Conservation Area in Oshawa. A visit to the Festiv al makes a great family outing!
