About the event
On May 26, join us at Lynde Shores Conservation Area to take part in a restorative Forest Therapy Walk—an experience designed to nurture mindfulness, calm, and a deeper connection to the natural world. Guided by Randi‑Lea Micklewright, a holistic psychotherapist, avid Conservation Area user, and certified Forest Therapy Guide, participants will be invited to slow down, engage their senses, and rediscover the healing presence of the forest.
Dress in light colours according to the weather. Bring a hat, water, outdoor hiking shoes, bug spray, and long pants tucked into long socks. Parking is free for event participants. Please leave pets at home. This event will run rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather predictions, you will be notified of event cancellation by email, 24 hours in advance.
