Area 3 - Picnic shelter for special event ($300/day for fewer than 50 people, $600/day for more than 50 people - includes parking)

Area 3 - Picnic shelter for gathering or celebration ($150/day, plus pay-and-display parking)

Heber Down Conservation Area (Lyndebrook Road entrance)

Over 250 people: Areas 2 and 3, and hydro $300/day, plus pay-and-display parking.

Area 2 – Mown area with picnic tables for gathering or celebration ($100/day, plus pay-and-display parking.)

Area 2 - Mown area with picnic tables for special event ($300/day for fewer than 50 people, $600/day for more than 50 people - includes parking)
