Annual Parking Passes
An Annual Parking Pass is available for $85 (HST incl.). This Pass covers parking fees and general admission (excludes Maple Syrup Festival) to all eight of Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority’s (CLOCA's) public Conservation Areas for a period of one year from the date of issue.

To make things easier for our visitors, we’ve partnered with HONK Mobile for purchases of daily parking and Annual Parking Passes. Parking fees are invested right back into our Conservation Areas (CLOCA is a non-profit organization and registered charity). If you have any questions, please email info@cloca.com.

- 01From this page on our website, click the 'Purchase Annual Parking Pass' button. You will be taken to CLOCA's page on the HONK App website. Select the 'Start Month' (two options), then click on 'Annual Pass Rate $85'. You will then be taken to the HONK App login page where you can login (if you have an existing HONK App account) or create an account. You will then return to this page (see image below), to complete the purchase process. You will also be prompted to add the license plate numbers for any of your applicable vehicles (please note that you can revise license plate information at any time through your HONK account). Confirmed Parking Passes can be swapped between vehicles. To swap vehicles, simply go to the HONK App Menu Icon> Parking Sessions> Change. Please note that Annual Parking Passes DO NOT automatically renew. If you have any questions, please email info@cloca.com or call 905-579-0411.
- 02You can: pay by QR code pay by text use the HONK App purchase an Annual Parking Pass Upon arrival at a CLOCA Conservation Area parking lot, please scan the QR code or text the indicated Zone number to 75498 and follow the HONK App instructions on your device. OR: 1. Log into the HONK App (available on Google Play and the App Store). 2. On the home page, select the desired parking lot by Zone ID as indicated on the HONK signs in the parking lot. On the checkout page, select the vehicle license plate number (saved in the driver’s profile). 5. Select or add a payment method (Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, or credit/debit card). 6. Click to complete the payment transaction. 7. View the confirmation of successful purchase with session details. 8. View the payment receipt. Within the App, Drivers can add and swap license plates; just remember to ensure the correct plate is active during your parking session.

- 06Parking Pass Terms and Conditions The Annual Pass Parking Pass covers the associated parking fees at the following Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority (CLOCA) Conservation Areas: Lynde Shores, Heber Down, Purple Woods, Enniskillen, Long Sault, Stephen’s Gulch, Bowmanville Westside Marshes and Crow’s Pass. The Pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The Pass does not cover admission fees to special events (e.g., Purple Woods Maple Syrup Festival). Conservation Areas are open year-round from dawn to dusk. Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority reserves the right to close areas, to refuse entry, or to eject any person(s) whom CLOCA deems detrimental or in contravention of regulations. Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority reserves the right to cancel/revoke a Pass as deemed necessary. Where CLOCA has designated part of the Conservation Area closed at certain times, no person shall enter that area during those times. Access is only permitted on marked trails and trail surface provided. Staying on the trail will also reduce your exposure to poisonous plants and ticks, and protect our native plants and animals. Respect the privacy of our Conservation Area neighbours along trails by staying on marked trails and avoiding excessive noise. Off-trail use is not permitted. Do not climb fences or take shortcuts. Obey all posted signage. Give the right of way to smaller and slower users; cyclists should follow dismounting signage. Stay right when approaching oncoming users. Pack out what you pack in. Garbage cans are not present in most locations to keep wildlife wild and our operations staff available for Conservation Area maintenance. Keep pets on a maximum two-meter leash. Stoop, scoop and take home all pet waste. Wildlife can find their own food. To keep us and the wildlife safe and healthy, please feed songbirds only and only feed them seeds. No hunting. Professional photographers require a photography permit and must stay on marked trails. Do not bait animals for photographic purposes. Leave flowers and plants for others to enjoy. No foraging. Please refrain from damaging and or moving property like picnic tables, signage or washrooms. Possession and/or consumption of alcohol is prohibited. Our Conservation Areas are smoke-free, which includes cigarettes, cannabis, and vaping. Before you leave a Conservation Area, give invasive species the brush-off by cleaning your footwear, bikes, pets, canoes and kayaks. Creek crossings on trails are by a bridge. DO NOT swim or walk through the water or allow dogs in the water. Camping or campfires are not permitted in any of our Conservation Areas. If a pass is lost or stolen the owner will be required to order a new Pass. Refunds will only be given under special circumstances. LEGAL NOTICE TO ALL USERS Please ensure all members of your group are aware of this Noice. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY - ASSUMPTION OF RISK - JURISDICTION AND CHOICE OF LAW The conditions will affect your legal rights including the right to sue or claim for compensation following an accident. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY As a condition of your use of the facilities, properties or bodies of water, you assume all risk of personal injury, death or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever including, but not limited to all permitted activities, travel within or beyond the Conservation Area boundaries, to negligence, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty of care or breach of the Occupiers Liability Act on the part of the Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority, its employees, agents, volunteers, independent contractors, sub-contractors, representatives, sponsors, Officers, Board of Directors, successors and assigns (collectively referred to as Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority). You agree that Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority shall not be liable for any such personal injury, or death or property loss, and you release Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority and waive all claims with respect thereto. You agree that any litigation involving Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority shall be brought solely within the province of Ontario and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Ontario. You further agree that these conditions and any rights, duties and obligations or litigation as between Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority and you shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and no other jurisdiction.
