Requests and Guidelines

Donation Request Form

To be considered, please complete this form. Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority will review your request and will respond directly. Requests must be received a minimum four weeks in adbance of event.

Our Guidelines for Charitable Donations

Please submit requests a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to your event.

Donations are made in the form of parking passes, maple gift baskets and/or maple syrup (no cash donations). These items can be used as raffle/silent auction items.

Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority’s vision is for healthy watersheds for today and tomorrow. Our mission is to advance watershed health through engagement, science, and conservation.

We are not able to support:

Individual pursuits, solely to benefit one person or family.
Religious organizations, whose request primarily benefits their congregation and not the overall community.
Political causes, candidates, organizations or campaigns.
Sponsorship of minor league sports teams.
Multi-year projects or commitments.
Travel-related events, including student trips or tours.
Non-registered agencies/charities.

Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority will review your request in accordance with our guidelines and will respond directly to those requests that qualify.

Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority is happy to consider:

Requests that align with our vision and mission, and benefit the communities within our watershed/jurisdiction boundaries.
Agencies/charities with a registered not-for-profit tax number.

Please note that Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority is a non-profit agency and registered charity.
