Enjoy an enchanting evening snowshoe hike along candlelit trails at the Enniskillen Conservation Area with your family! Learn about night vision and nocturnal animals, try a few simple activities on the trail, and warm up with hot chocolate and treats back at the Russ Powell Nature Centre.

About the event
Please dress for the weather, including layered clothing and winter boots. A sled that can be pulled is recommended for young children who may not be able to complete the entire trail on foot. The event will go ahead without snowshoes if there is not enough snow. Borrow a pair of our snowshoes or bring your own. Recommended for ages 5 and up.
In the event of extreme weather or unsafe trail conditions, cancellation notification will be given by email, 24 hours in advance.
The parking fee is waived for event participants. Please leave pets at home.
